Once you download the app, you can register as a customer or a beauty professional by providing your name, email, phone number, and creating a secure password. Professional accounts require additional verification of your credentials and portfolio. The entire process takes less than five minutes for customers and about 10-15 minutes for professionals who have their documents ready.

Yes, creating an account and browsing the platform is completely free for both customers and beauty professionals. Customers only pay for the services they book, and professionals pay a small platform fee only on completed bookings — there are no upfront or subscription costs to join.

Your customer and beauty professional profiles are managed separately to keep bookings and business information organized. You can use the same email address to register both a customer account and a professional account, and switch between them from the app.

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and enter the email address linked to your account. We will send you a secure link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Open the app and go to your account settings from the profile tab. From there you can update your name, contact details, profile photo, and — for beauty professionals — your services, pricing, portfolio, and availability at any time.
