Ravish provides the technology platform that enables connections between customers and service providers. Beauty professionals are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services.

To use Ravish, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your location, provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, use Ravish in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and have the legal ability to access and use beauty services through the platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Individuals or businesses providing beauty services through Ravish must have the legal right to work and provide services in the country or region where they operate, provide valid proof of identity and right-to-work documentation where required, have any required licences, qualifications, registrations, permits, or certifications needed to provide their services, maintain appropriate insurance coverage where required by law or platform standards, and provide accurate information regarding their skills, experience, services, availability, and pricing.

Ravish may conduct verification checks to maintain trust, safety, and compliance across the platform.

Beauty professionals who fail to provide required documentation, provide false information, or operate without appropriate permissions may have their accounts suspended or removed.

To access certain Ravish features, users may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your account information updated, maintain the confidentiality of your login details, accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account, and notify Ravish immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must not create an account using false information or impersonate another person.

Customers using Ravish agree to provide accurate booking information, treat beauty professionals respectfully, attend appointments as agreed, provide accurate details required for service delivery, and follow cancellation and payment requirements.

Customers must not misuse the platform, create fraudulent bookings, or engage in behaviour that may harm other users.

Beauty professionals using Ravish agree to deliver services professionally and safely, maintain appropriate hygiene and safety standards, provide accurate service descriptions and pricing, honour accepted bookings, communicate professionally with customers, and maintain all required legal permissions to operate.

Beauty professionals are independent service providers and are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, insurance, compliance, and service delivery.

Customers may use Ravish to browse, select, and book beauty services. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the selected service details and price, the beauty professional agrees to provide the service as described, payment must be completed through approved payment methods, and additional charges must be clearly communicated before being applied.

Ravish may charge service fees, platform fees, or commissions where applicable.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending on the service provider and booking conditions. Users should review booking information before confirming appointments.

Ravish may assist with disputes but does not guarantee refunds outside applicable policies.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Users agree that payment information provided must be accurate, fraudulent transactions are prohibited, and Ravish may take action against suspicious activity.

Ravish does not store complete payment card details.

To maintain a trusted community, Ravish may verify user identities, verify professional documents, review reported behaviour, remove users who breach safety standards, and request additional information where necessary.

Verification does not guarantee the quality of a service but helps improve trust and transparency.

You agree not to use Ravish for illegal purposes, provide false information, harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse other users, attempt to bypass platform security, create fake bookings or fraudulent accounts, copy, modify, or misuse Ravish technology, or upload harmful content.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

All Ravish branding, logos, designs, software, features, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Ravish. Users may not copy Ravish materials, use Ravish branding without permission, or reverse engineer or interfere with the platform.

Beauty professionals using Ravish operate independently. Ravish does not employ beauty professionals unless explicitly stated, does not control how professionals perform their services, and does not guarantee specific results from services.

Customers are responsible for selecting services that meet their personal needs.

Ravish works to provide a reliable and safe platform but does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform, the quality of every service provided, or specific outcomes from beauty treatments.

Users acknowledge that beauty professionals are responsible for their own services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravish will not be responsible for losses resulting from interactions between customers and independent service providers.

Ravish may suspend or terminate accounts where users breach these Terms, provide false information, fail verification requirements, engage in unsafe or harmful behaviour, or misuse the platform.

Users may request account closure at any time.

Ravish may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal requirements, platform improvements, or changes to services. Users will be notified of significant changes where required.

Continued use of Ravish after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ravish operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
